We spent two nights in Mondsee, Austria. This
beautiful town is located about 20 minutes outside
Salzburg. The town was used during the filming of the
movie "The Sound of Music". You may recognize
some of the scenes from the movie, specially the
church were Maria and Col. VanTrapp got married.

visiting some of the historical
places such as the Danube
River, the WWII memorial,
The St. Stephansdom Church,
The Opera House, etc.

Salzburg Convent looking for
Maria VonTrapp. However, the
nuns refused to let us in.
