Tournament History
The BRD Wanderpokal (which means "challenge cup" in German) started in Seattle in 1966 as a friendly competition among the all-German soccer clubs on the West Coast of the U.S. in honor of the 15th anniversary of the Bundes Republik Deutschland (BRD), with the trophy donated by the German consulate. Since then, the tournament has grown to include non-german teams, with locations all over the west coast of North America.
Brujos Masters was invited to join the tournament in 1992. After 19 years of participation, Brujos Masters became a voting member of the Wanderpokal.
